Our Christmas puddings are Nut Free and suitable for vegetarians, from 2019 they are also Palm Oil Free. The fruit is steeped in alcohol for at least a day before they are cooked, which adds a great deal to the overall flavour. Presented in a small green box. We recommend steaming the pudding for an hour and half before serving. Palm oil free and made in our small nut free production unit in Essex.
