Crafted to the highest traditional standards by the Kagisa company, Clearspring’s shoyu is made from fully certified organic ingredients. No artificial preservatives have been added. Careful maturation in cedarwood kegs over two summers ensures a savoury aroma and subtle sweetness that is highly prized among connoisseurs of shoyu.
