Traditionally, Ginger has been recognised as a valued daily diet constituent which aids digestion. It has a warming, soothing effect particularly when sailing, flying or long car journeys. People appear to have a natural liking for it as many biscuit or confectionery manufacturers will tell… “if it’s got Ginger in, it’s popular”-what would we do without it! Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
