3.2. When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract is formed once payment has been processed and your order is dispatched or ready for collection.
3.3. If a product is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
3.4. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if we suspect fraud, reselling, or misuse.

4.1. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4.3. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch or collection to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
4.4. Prices and availability may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4.5. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
5. Delivery & collection
5.1. We offer national delivery, local delivery, and Click & Collect from our Brixham shop.

5.3. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will always do our best to keep you informed.
5.4. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered or collected.
5.5. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all online and in-store purchases.
- In-Store Purchases: Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition (excluding perishable or personal care products).
- Online Orders: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
