Where are you based?
You’ll find us at 13 Fore Street, right in the centre of Brixham, Devon – just a short walk from the harbour.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our café seating closes at 4:00pm (last orders at 3:45pm). We’re closed on Sundays.
Are you an independent business?
Yes. We’re a family-run, independent health food shop and café — proud to be part of the Brixham community.
🛒 Shopping Online
How Click and Collect, UK delivery and online orders work
Do you offer Click and Collect?
Yes. Choose Click and Collect at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready. Most orders are packed within 30 minutes during opening hours. We’ll let you know when your order is ready.
Can you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We offer UK-wide delivery using trusted, trackable services. Costs are based on the size and weight of your order and shown at checkout.
Do you offer local delivery in Brixham?
Yes. We deliver to addresses in the TQ5 postcode area on weekdays, usually in the late afternoon. Minimum spend and delivery fees apply. Please see our delivery information page for more information.
Can I order chilled or fresh food online?
Unfortunately not at this time. These items are only available in store due to storage and transport requirements.

What we sell, dietary needs and how to refill in store.
What kind of products do you stock?
We offer a wide range of wholefoods, natural supplements, eco household products, wellbeing essentials, chilled and frozen foods, fresh fruit and veg, local produce, and thoughtful gifts.
Do you have vegan, gluten free or other dietary-specific items?
Yes. We stock a broad selection of gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan products. You can browse by dietary need online or ask in store.
Do you offer refills?
Yes. In store only. We have a refill station for household products like laundry liquid, hand soap and washing-up liquid. Just bring a clean bottle.

What to expect from our small in-store café
Can I sit in or is it takeaway only?
You’re welcome to do either. We have a small seating area and everything is available for takeaway too.
What do you serve in the café?
We serve Voyager coffee, organic teas, soft drinks, freshly baked cakes, smoothies, hot drinks and cream teas in summer. Light bites are also available.
What times do you serve between?
We serve from 9am to 3:45pm Monday to Saturday. Our café seating area closes at 4pm. Our shop is open until 5pm.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
How to return items or exchange your order
Can I return something I bought online?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please see our returns policy for full details.
Can I return an online order in store?
Yes. Just bring the item and your proof of purchase within the returns window.
What items are non-returnable?
We can’t accept returns on perishable goods, opened personal care items, or anything not in its original condition.
